Why do I heard a humming sound when the device is in use ?
There is a fan located on the back of the air purifier that sucks air through the filter and blows our clean air. Don’t worry, it’s normal.
Where in the room should I place the Air Purifier for optimal results?
Do not put the Air Purifier in a corner. You can put the air purifier in the center of your rooms.
What if my room is larger than the effective area?
It’s okay, but please mind that the air changes per hour will reduce in larger room.
Do you have any other efficiency tips?
You can keep all the windows and doors closed and try to limit pets or too many people in the room as this will increase the amount of pet hair / carbon dioxide.
How can I switch off the night light?
You can press the UV/Light button 3 times, when the nightlight is off, your device will work in silent mode operation.
